Step 1: Download / print key order form
*You must complete this form and have it SIGNED BY THE BUILDING MANAGER
Step 2: Prepare documentation for upload
Drivers Licence/ Photo ID Card/ Passport
(Unit Owner/ Tenant/ Managing Agent)
**Passport must include photo, name and DOB**
Agency Agreement
(Managing Agent, 1st Page Only)
Key Order Form (NO SIGNATURE, NO KEY)
(Unit Owner/Tenant/ Managing Agent)
Step 3: How to identify your key
For example: IP8154, LGF.02 (we need ALL the numbers please)
System Number, Key Identifier
- Take a photo of YOUR key showing the code number (opposite side to our company name and phone number)
Pricing, Delivery and Liability
Price of keys and delivery:
- Keys – $40.00 each
- Delivery – $30.00
Payment required via credit/debit card during your order.
Delivery:
- If delivery option is chosen and unit address is used for shipping the order will be sent by courier.
Liability
Hildebrandt Locksmiths Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for;
- Orders submitted without a photo of the correct side of the key ordered.
- Incorrect and/or conflicting information submitted.
- Non delivery by any courier or third party.
- Keys and records are only retained for three (3) months and are then destroyed.
*Please note: Some couriers may not require a signature upon delivery.
